Robert Conner (he/him) is a nationally recognized activist and expert in LGBTQ communications and media. PR News named Conner to their 2023 People of the Year list as a Media Relations Titan, and he had previously been named a Top Rising Star in public relations by Business Insider. Conner works as manager and media relations lead at Scott Circle Communications, a Washington, D.C. PR firm that serves groups like the National Organization for Women (NOW).
Conner was Chair of Volunteer Engagement for the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Greater Philadelphia from 2020-2021 and has since served in an emeritus capacity. He was an expert panelist for the Museum of Public Relations’ LGBTQ Experience in Public Relations event.
